2024 IASWG Madrid Symposium

Please save the dates of June 10 - June 14, 2024 for our next IASWG Symposium in Spain. More details to come in the upcoming months. The activities will take place mostly in-person. There will be some hybrid presentation offerings. 

• Dates: Wednesday, June 12 - Friday, June 14, 2024 (Pre-symposium events will be held on June Monday, June 10 - Tuesday, June 11)
• Location: Madrid, Spain - Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Somosaguas campus in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

Location: Faculty of Social Work and the Faculty of Sociology and Political Science of the Complutense University of Madrid

• The metro station Colonia Jardin (line 10) connects with the light metro (line 2), with a stop at Somosaguas Campus. From Madrid, there are buses (A & H) that take about 20 minutes to reach the Somosaguas Campus.

Travel & Flights: Madrid-Barajas Airport (about 30 km from the symposium location and 20 km from Madrid)
