When challenging moments in groups arise, don’t panic! Learn essential skills in addressing group conflict that enhance cohesion and transformation. An innovative instructional video group simulation created by the presenters will augment participant learning and will serve as the basis for discussion and practice. Participants will come away with new skills and increased confidence in addressing a range of group challenges for the benefit and growth of its members.
